1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Leakio subscriptions that are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.
2. Refund Window
Consumers may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
3. How To Request A Refund
To request a refund, contact support@leakio.ai and include your workspace name and invoice ID so we can help route the request quickly.
4. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refund requests should be submitted within the 14-day refund window.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
5. Subscription Renewals
For subscriptions, the 14-day refund window applies to the initial purchase of the subscription. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals.
6. Cancellation and Renewal
You may cancel at any time from your account billing settings. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges.

8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can help resolve billing issues quickly. We reserve the right to suspend accounts associated with fraudulent behavior.
