1. Service Description
Leakio.ai provides a cloud-based analytics and operational platform designed for e-commerce retention and email marketing teams.

- Operations dashboard
- Forecasting tools
- Retention analysis
- Campaign architecture tools
The Platform is delivered exclusively as a Software as a Service (SaaS) product. No part of the Platform software is transferred or sold to the Customer.
2. License Grant
Leakio grants the Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform during the active subscription period solely for internal business purposes.
3. Ownership of Software
All intellectual property rights in the Platform remain the sole property of Leakio. This includes algorithms, diagnostic models, software architecture, and platform design.
4. Restrictions
The Customer agrees NOT to:
- Copy, reverse engineer, or decompile the Platform
- Replicate platform functionality or create derivative software
- Resell the Platform without explicit authorization
- Extract proprietary algorithms or scrape platform data
5. Data and Integrations
The Platform integrates with third-party services like Shopify and Klaviyo. Leakio does not claim ownership of Customer data; Customer retains full ownership of their business data.
6. Subscriptions and Fees
Access requires an active subscription (monthly, annual, or enterprise). Failure to pay fees may result in suspension of access.
7. Liability and Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without guarantees regarding revenue outcomes or business performance. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer in the previous 12 months.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
9. Privacy, Cookies, and Data Requests
The Privacy Policy governs how we collect and use personal information, including cookie preferences and privacy requests. Signed-in users can manage cookie preferences and access certain self-serve data tools from Account Settings.
These terms govern use of the Platform itself. Privacy-related processing, cookies, and legal rights requests are handled separately under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
